Stock Availability & Split Shipments

We always do our very best to secure all items in your order and dispatch them together in a single shipment. However, due to the nature of rare and collector plants, supplier availability and demand can change at any time.

In some circumstances, items may become unavailable after your order has been placed, or your order may need to be split into separate shipments to ensure plants are sent as soon as they become available or to maintain their quality during transit.

We reserve the right to:

Split orders into multiple shipments where necessary.
Remove unavailable items from an order and provide a refund for those items.
Delay dispatch or offer an alternative plant where appropriate.

We appreciate your understanding, as these situations are sometimes unavoidable when sourcing rare and highly sought-after plants. Our priority is always to supply the healthiest, highest-quality plants possible.
