Stock Availability, Split Shipments & Refunds
We always do our very best to secure all items in your order and dispatch them together in a single shipment within the advertised 2-6 week timeframe. Although very unlikely, due to the nature of rare and collector plants, supplier availability and demand can change at any time.
In some rare & uncommon circumstances, items may become unavailable after your order has been placed, or your order may need to be split into separate shipments to ensure plants are sent as soon as they become available or to maintain their quality during transit.
We reserve the right to:
Split orders into multiple shipments where necessary, within advertised time frame (at no extra cost to the customer).
Remove unavailable items from an order and provide a refund for those items, but still supply remaining items in a timely manner.
Delay dispatch or offer an alternative plant where appropriate.
We will always notify customers of any changes well in advance. We appreciate your understanding, as these situations are sometimes unavoidable when sourcing rare and highly sought-after plants from multiple suppliers. Our priority is always to supply the healthiest, highest-quality plants possible.
Please ensure you are available during the time of placing an order or notify us if you are not so we can delay dispatch of your order.
If we are unable to provide any part of your order within the advertised 2-6 week timeframe, customers are entitled to a full refund.
